Can I switch between packs?

Yes, you can. This is also a great way to test out the different forms of marketing we offer, without having to spend a lot of money upfront.

Please note: If you move to a higher priced pack, there will be the difference between the set up fees to pay, but once this is paid, you can switch between packs as you wish. For example, if you are on a Sassy Web Pack, and want to switch to a Sassy Traffic Pack, you will need to pay an additional $326 for the set up but this will only be charged once. After that, you can switch between packs as often as you wish. You just need to let us know before your next payment is scheduled and we will switch you over.

What’s the catch?

We often get asked how we can design, build, and service you each month for such a low monthly fee and no lock-in contract. But there is no catch. You can seriously cancel at any time (subject to 30 days’ notice).

Do I keep the website if I cancel a Web Pack?

If you cancel your Web Pack within 12 months and want to keep the website, there will be a $1,595 payment required. After 12 months, there will be a payment of $895.

Can I cancel the Web Pack and stay with your
company for hosting?

Yes, but you will need to pay the required amount (above) for the website and then start our monthly hosting fee of $29.

Why so cheap?

Like you, we’re small business owners, and we know that when you’re starting a business you often don’t have thousands of dollars to spend upfront on a professionally designed website. We wanted to create a system where we could help small business owners look professional and attract clients, while not breaking the bank. Affordable monthly payments seemed like a great way to work with your cashflow.

How does the web design process work and
how long does it take?

We send you a basic questionnaire and from there we design a website based on the information you have provided. Basically, we are using our marketing and design expertise to create your website so you can confidently get on with your business.

The average time is three to four weeks from sign up to live. We require you to provide the written content and photos, so as long as you provide this in an efficient manner, we should be able to get you live very quickly.

Can I use a domain name I’ve already purchased?

Yes, you can use your domain name for our Web Packs. We will simply repoint it to our Web Hosting platform.

Do I get emails with my Web Pack?

Yes, if you have a new Web Pack and want a domain related email address eg. info@domainname.com.au we can set that up for you.

I already have Web Hosting. Can I use that?

No. Since we do all the work on your website, we use our own Web Hosting Platform.

How soon after I sign up does the
monthly payment start?

When you sign up, you pay the set up fee, and the monthly payment starts 30 days later.
As long as you have provided all the content, your new website should be live by the time the payments start coming out.

What if I use more than 30 minutes of
website maintenance?

If you go over your 30 minutes’ allowance of web maintenance in a month you will be charged at our special members rate of $80 per hour in 15 minute increments (comparative industry rate is $120).
